At Cotton Road Honey Farms, we’re passionate about delivering 100% pure, raw, locally sourced honey straight from our hives to your table. Founded in 2025 by Ken Roberts and his wife, Jori with help from his father Craig, our mission is simple: provide the Roswell and Pecos Valley communities with exceptional honey you can trust.

Ken’s beekeeping roots run deep. Raised in central Montana, he spent his early years working alongside his father in their sideliner beekeeping operation, gaining hands-on experience that shaped his lifelong appreciation for bees and sustainable practices. After a 30‑year career as a wildland firefighter, Ken returned to his beekeeping roots—bringing dedication, discipline, and care to every jar of honey we produce.

Our bees are thoughtfully placed on farms throughout the Roswell area, where they forage from a rich variety of local pollen sources. This diverse environment enhances the flavor, purity, and natural benefits of our honey and is valued by many who seek local honey for seasonal allergy relief.

All honey is carefully extracted at our on-site facility located at 5156 Cotton Road, proudly inspiring the name Cotton Road Honey Farms. When you choose Cotton Road Honey, you’re supporting local agriculture, sustainable beekeeping, and a family-owned business committed to quality—from hive to home.
